Practical help for people in hardship. Since 2015.
What we do
Help with the cost of living We provide grants towards energy costs, household expenses and essential transport to anyone facing poverty or financial hardship.
Help with language and paperwork For migrants and refugees shut out by language barriers or by financial hardship, we translate documents, interpret at appointments, help with letters and forms, and provide grants for food.
Where you need legal or immigration advice, we will help you find a regulated adviser.
How to get help →Our story
2015 — We started in Ilford, neighbours helping neighbours with letters, forms and fares.
2020 — We ran a Covid response across the borough.
2025 — We registered as a charity in England and Wales.
Today — The same work, reaching further.
Our Covid response
Working with Redbridge Council, we reached people in poverty across the borough: families, and people sleeping rough. Many had no recourse to public funds.
We delivered supermarket vouchers, food parcels, help with essential costs, and sleeping bags and blankets.
Where we work
We are based in Redbridge, east London, and work across England and Wales.
How we are run
We are a company limited by guarantee, registered in England and Wales, and a registered charity, number 1214070.
We are governed by volunteer trustees.
A note on privacy
